My name is Rachel Whiteside, and I will be in your students classroom as a student teacher for the semester. Im originally from the west suburbs of Chicago but have found a wonderful new home in Champaign. I am currently attending the University of Illinois as a senior pursing a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in mathematics. My past two placements have been with 4th grade as well as 8th grade, so Im very eager to experience 3rd! I am SO excited to have the opportunity to teach under the guidance of Mrs. Whitt and work with your students, as we both will be learning from one another.
