IHSAA Student-Athlete Tip of the Week (3-3-14) "Promoting education-based athletics in Indiana.

"

A major challenge facing all student-athletes is who they listen to for instruction. While the obvious answer is their coach, that's not always the case. Too many times parents, siblings, or other outside influences seem to have the ears and eyes of the athlete instead of their coach. So the next time you have the dilemma of who you should listen to for your instruction, I would strongly suggest that you listen to the one who controls your playing time, and that is the coach!
