Conference with Principal or Lead Teacher Replacement behavior, reteach/rehearse Consequence if needed This will result in a major (ODR write up) Write ups will be copied and put in teachers box One copy will go home with the student, one will be given to homeroom teacher Administration will enter data

Teasing or Bullying Borrowing without permission Leaving classroom Academic Dishonesty Misuse of Technology Missing Homework Disruption Lying Not Where Im Supposed to be Physical Contact

Every minor ticket - Teacher reteaches expectation and sends home white ticket 5 minors Refer to office
