"yon)yan) &ithdre& fro' the treaty usin) it as a cover secretly to create a nuclear &ea ons ro)ra'* More recently North Korea has started to test launch 'issiles% on / ril 1,% ,-1, a s ace launch conducted by North Korea violated an a)ree'ent in &hich the 0*1 sent food aid in return for a sus ension on all North Korean nuclear &ea ons develo 'ent* 2n 3ebruary 1,% ,-1.
