GOBI PARATHA

Ingredients: Plain flour (Aata) Water for kneading Salt For Filling Grated cauliflower Green chilies finely chopped !oriander lea"es finely chopped $ed chilli powder Gara' (asala Powder Salt )egeta#le *il 2 cups 21 t#sp. %& tsp.(according to taste) 1%2 tsp. according to taste for 'aking the parantha 1 tsp. 2 cups

Method: For Dough 1. Sie"e flour. Add salt. 2. Add water a little at a ti'e. . +nead into a 'ediu' soft dough. &. !o"er with a wet cloth and keep it for half an hour For Filling 1. Add coriander lea"es and green chillies to the grated cauliflower. (i, well. 2. -o this 'i,ture add all the spices . again 'i, well. For Paratha 1. /i"ide the dough into #alls of e0ual portions and 2. $oll one #all at a ti'e in the for' of a s'all puri. . 1ow put a s'all 0uantity of a#o"e 'i,ture (filling) o"er it2 close it fro' all sides. &. Apply so'e flour on #oth sides and roll it gently into a paratha. 3. 1ow cook on a ta"a2 #y applying 1%2 to 1 tsp. oil on each side2 until light #rown and ser"e hot. Ser"e with !hutney or Pickle or Plain !urd.
