I want to base my Henley Film Awards on these types of posters. I liked the format and idea of these specific posters because I found it quite striking and in your face, and even behind the cars in the Motorway poster, the bright background I liked particularly as it shows rage, and I thought it would fit well in my Henley Awards poster because awards show excitement and fun. The buildings in the background in this poster can represent a road where cars drive, which is why in my poster I have chosen a bridge with a river, as this represents Henleys classier side and attraction. I like the idea of having scenery of where the location is in the background, so I decided to make my Henley Film awards posters background to be in the location of where the Henley Film Awards will take place, to show the audience the scenery, culture and what the main landmark of Henley is if they dont know where or what Henley On Thames looks like.

I have chosen my firt sketch idea to feature as my invitation for the film awards. I like snazzy statue of the film award human, the gold effect makes the invitation look higher class and this can attract a lot of people to the Henley film awards. The clear dates and times in gold I have added on this invitation blends in well with the invitation image and the whole effect which makes the invitation clear to read and easy to read from a distance.
