2014 Troy District Event Safety Glasses Station Instructions

General Guidelines EVERYONE must have safety glasses in the pits. Crowd Control will try to catch people !efore they enter the pits and remind them of this. "lease have people fill out the sign#out forms to the !est of their a!ility$ if the person is here to visit a team have them list that team under team num!er. Remind people to ta%e note of which page their name is on. &ry your !est to mar% down whether or not a person has returned their glasses. &his may allow us to trac% down missing glasses if our supply runs low. 'et "it (dministration %now if you run low on sign out sheets. Clean and organi)e safety glasses as they are returned. *irst +hift of the ,ay "otentially will !e !usy when the pits open - !e ready Organi)e the glasses and ma%e sure there are !oth adult and child si)e availa!le. ./ill depend on what was delivered to the Event0. 1a%e sure you have several writing implements - pens are !est. 2f there are none$ please see "it (dmin. ,o not %eep piles of pens on the ta!le$ they will disappear3 &ry your !est to do an inventory of the glasses - leave a note for the last shift of the day letting them %now a!out how many glasses you started with. *inal +hift of the ,ay You will pro!a!ly also !e !usy at the very end of the day - !e ready &a%e inventory of glasses to ma%e sure you have a!out the same num!er as what we started the day with.
