Ottoman
This project was to create a custom ottoman inspired by history, I chose the Sheraton period. We had to show an inspiration piece, parts of construction, all materials used, and a rendered perspective. We had a budget, which was $250.

Novus
New, fresh, and modern describe this piece of furniture. Using some of the characteristics from the Sheraton furniture like the tapered and round legs, similar fabrics, mahogany wood, and decoration. This ottoman design brings out the old, but with a new style.

Realtor Office
Bretta Renny Associates is a realtor office where I had to show my process of how I got to this floor plan. There were requirements I had to incorporate and adhere to ADA/IBC codes. Program work was the start for me thinking of my floor plan. Starting with the highlighting of key points on assignment sheet, matrix, bubble diagram, line casting, and sketches.

Small Kitchen
This small kitchen project was done on AutoCAD. With this project I did an isometric of the kitchen, an elevation view, and a section view. Most importantly the section view shows all the components inside the cabinet.

Sustainable Den
In this project I had to find furniture, finishes, and dcor that is sustainable in some way. The theme I went with for this sustainable den is rustic. The program used was Chief Architect.

Healthcare
The Auxiliary Board of Douglas County Hospital wanted to update their existing Chapel. This was only a temporary location at the time. The Boards hope for this project was to increase use of this room and provide a place for reflection for patients and family. Adjectives used to describe the space were: peaceful, meditation, interfaith, and welcoming. This was a team project.
Concept Statement Relaxation and a pleasant atmosphere are the words that will be used to describe the newly renovated prayer room at the Douglas County Hospital. Since the room is on a smaller scale, natural light will be used to not only brighten, but seemingly enlarge the space. Greenery and the sound of water will make the guests who use this room feel more relaxed and at ease. With the various cultures, bringing in accent colors that represent their individual culture will leave no culture unaddressed or unwelcomed. By making these changes to the room it will become a space for any individual to use at their leisure and will create a welcoming, relaxed area for the individual to have time to reflect on their thoughts, feelings or concerns.
