    The Rules of Open Recruitment Interview JIES : A.

    For Interviewer
    Interviewer must attend 15 minutes in prior before the interview Interviewer must bring laptop + stationary Interviewer is strongly expected not to do the phone activities during the interview unless its a break time Interview session is 5-7 minutes per person Interviewer is obligated to speak one by one without interrupting each other Interviewer will be divided into three parts of seat during the interview Interviewer strictly prohibited to be noisy Interviewer must be well-dressed ( it doesnt have to be formal) Interviewer must pay attention to the future members of JIES
