What is a Fact?
A fact is something that has really occurred or is actually the case. A statement of fact expresses only what actually happened, or what could be proven by objective data. Something that actually exists ; reality ; truth

What is An Opinion?
A statement of opinion expresses an attitude toward something it makes a judgement, view or conclusion, or gives an opinion that cannot be proven true or false

Differences between facts and opinioin

Opinions can be debated and even some evidence can be provided that support their validity. However, if it cant be proved with absolute certainty it cant be considered a fact. An opinion can become a fact once it can be proven that its real

 Facts cant be debated since their authenticity must had already been verified. A fact can become an opinion once evidence is presented that either disproves or changes the meaning of the statement.
