Product or Performance: Practical plan on how to incorporate physical activity in everyday life.
CRITERIA (LOOK FORS): Incorporate the 3 different types of physical activity Exercises for the different types of physical activity Realistic plan? 1 point NOT YET Student did not or marginally incorporated the 3 different types of physical activity Student did not give correct exercises to match the type of physical activity Plan is not realistic, very unlikely that student will carry out plan Students did not use classroom time to work on the project and/or was highly disruptive 2 points ON THE WAY Student incorporated 1 of the 3 types of physical activity Student gave very little activities for each of the physical activities Plan is somewhat realistic 3 points ALMOST THERE Student incorporated 2 of the 3 types of physical activity Students gave 2 exercises for the different activities The majority of the plan is manageable and student most likely could carry out their plan Classroom time was used to work on the project the majority of the time.
