Ingredients
1/2 pound of potatoes. 1 chicken fillet. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 onion. 1 garlic. 1/2 cup margarine. 1 stalk celery. Oil.
Directions
Before all, preheat the wok with oil and the pan with margarine. 1. Peel the potatoes. 2. Slice the potatoes. 3. Sprinkle them a little salt. 4. Fry the potatoes in the wok and 5. Serve them. 6. Cut the onions, the garlic and the stalk celery. 7. Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle the salt and pepper. 8. Add the onions, garlic and the stalk celery. 9. Fry the fillet in the pan. 10. Finally serve with the potatoes.
