WALO 1 My first Walo is to implement Compass Learning successfully in my class room.

Purpose: So far my lesson plans were mix of hands on, presentations, games and lectures. As 21st century educator I think I should help my students to be an independent learner. Compass Learning is a tool which serves this purpose. My Role : To create a plan where different needs of different students can be catered. I had been using same lesson plan for all my students in the class. All these years I was observing that I have some students in the class who are capable to complete the learning faster than others, but as a teacher I was not able to satisfy their needs. This is possible with the help of CL as every one can move on their pace. My fear/challenges: I have mix teaching groups where some students have not opted CL. To provide similar teaching and to run two plans simultaneously in the same group is a big challenge I am seeing. Apart from this, some technical issues and teething problems are also scary.
