Nelson Mandela a South African Leader In this paper, one will discover life, family, and accomplishments of Nelson Mandela. He was a man in history. Mandela will always live in the hearts of all. The late Mandela will always be treasured. Nelson R. Mandela was born on July 18th, 1918 in Mvezo, South Africa. Mandela was a trouble maker. Mandela was the first to go to school out of all of the Mandela family. Nelson went to school in Mvezo as well. Mandela also went to many universities. No one in my family ever attended school.(Wikipedia) Did you know Nelson Mandela had a wife ? Do you know how it came to be ? It was love at first sight. Mandela met a woman named Evelyn Mase. They got married October 5th, 1944. The Mandelas also had kids. The oldest was named Madiba the second was named Makaziwe. Our children are our greatest treasure.(biography) Nelson had many great accomplishments. After Nelson Mandela spent years in prison the people of South Africa made him the new president. Mandela was excited to hear that. After many years of being president, December 5th,2013 age 95 Mandela was pronounced dead.
