Proposal for Northeast Campus Health Services Department


Purpose
The purpose of our first proposal is to design a flyer for the Life Science Department to invite
students who are interested in the biomedical field so that they can attend the Keynote Speech.
As for our second proposal, the purpose it is to create a brochure for the Northeast Campus
Health Services Department.
I ntroduction
On March 3, 2014, Amity Womelsdorff, Student Development Associate, asked our team to
create a handout flyer. The flyer invites students to visit the speech that discusses about
potential careers in the biomedical field.
On March 3, 2014, Pat Marling, Health Services Coordinator, asked our team to create a
brochure. The brochure invites students to visit the Health Services Department to increase
students awareness of the importance of their well being.
On March 4, 2014 The Northeast Health Services Departments mission is to promote health
and wellness through education and service. Over the years the departments activities have
increased. However, the brochure is severely outdated. Their current brochure does not have
all the services that the department now offers. The brochures contact information is not up to
date. The Coordinator Marling also wants a new, fresh design to attract students.
Proposed Tasks
With Coordinator Pat Marling's approval, we would perform the following tasks for the Health
Services Department.
Task 1. Research information for the brochure.
We have already begun our research. We have found the Health Services mission

Introduction

brochure. The brochure invites students to visit the Health Services Department to increase

gave us another task to complete. It was to organize the annual report the Northeast Health
Services Department.
Completed Work for the Brochure
We completed the Brochure past the due date.
Task 1. Research information for the brochure.
We have found the Health Services mission statement and purpose. We asked our
client for any information regarding updated services, program and the annual events.
We researched many useful and health related links from the Health Services website.
Task 2. Research for graphics and symbols.
There were various obstacles searching for the correct pictures of the Northeast campus
Health Service Department. However, our group members were able to find an
alternative picture that reflected all the information presented the brochure.
