Introduction
Ki is the type of energy all around us. It eists e!ery"here. It is

lots more. &ou see Ki a lot in the 'nime sho" called
()ragon*all +,. They can do eactly "hat humans can do-
shape it% fire it% ma$e Ki *alls% le!itate.fly. If you ha!e e!er felt
tired or di//y and you see tiny particles of colour in the air0
That is Ki energy. &ou see this *ecause
&ou are tired and using your side1!ision.
&ou are !ery "ea$ so your *ody is ta$ing the energy in.

We are Christians so we didn't want to do anything that would go against
god. So I check out our new found hobbie Ki training and came up to find
that it was not against god because we still staying true to our creator and the
bible. And I believe that I am lucky to have found out about Ki because it
gives you a clearer view of life. his does not mean that you have to change
your religion the least bit. Ki!"si!#ana is not magic. #agic is done by a
little different means then Ki$ "si$ or #ana. What I had previously known
about #agic and where #agic comes from was an ignorant and stupid
mistake. Since I have done research on the sub%ect of #agic$ I have arrived
to the conclusion that #agic is &' evil or bad!wrong. (ut it is the intent of
the practioner that denotes that it is evil or good. )*cept I do believe that
(lack #agic is always evil in some way or another. I am sorry for
misleading people into thinking that the wrong$ mainstream believer way.

There are things "hich ma$e your Ki stronger% li$e music and

This only occurs "hen in a state of true anger and pain. 4hen
ha!ing a limit *rea$% you use a $ind of energy called shen. This

4hen you can,t do something and your getting really peed off
"ith it% do not sho" any anger% @ust *ottle it up inside of you. If
you,re getting *ullied% do not do anything% @ust *ottle it up

Then tense all of the muscles in your legs and then your "hole

4hile shouting this at the top of your !oice thrust your arms
do"n and *ring your chest for"ard so your *ac$ is arched.
7et all of your anger out. Imagine all of the *ad things that
ha!e happened to you and may*e your family. If you need to
ta$e another *reath% do so. 4hen you ha!e finished% your fists
should *e clenching really had e!en though you are not trying
to. :n some occasions your hair may rise a *it *ecause of the
intensity of the energy. )o not touch anyone "hile in this state%
as you "ill really hurt them. E!en @ust touching them. To get
out of this state% @ust do a long out *reath and go really calm.
This state "ill go after a*out 3 hours *ecause you "ill
e!entually feint if you stay in it for too long.
Energy ;lu
If you are really annoyed "ith something or something is
getting on your ner!es% you ha!e an energy flu. 4hat happens
is that your *ody $eeps gathering in Ki energy until it,s full.
Then it $eeps ta$ing in more Ki% causing your arms and legs to
sha$e. &our hearing and sight *ecome *etter. If you can,t find
a "ay to release it% your "hole *ody "ill sha$e uncontrolla*ly.
The effects after"ards can *e !ery dangerous% so I ad!ise you
to get rid of the energy if you ha!e one of these.
The same person "ho told me a*out this commented DThis
happened to me in my car and a*out 5 min after it started I
couldn,t control my *ody so I started s"er!ing and *ecause of
the energy rush I *ro$e part of my steering "heel off so you
might "ant to "arn people a*out this I,m not sure if there,s
other factors that can cause this massi!e energy rush *ut it can
either *e dangerous or helpful.E 9mar$.

'cendation
4hen you get to a certain Ki po"er le!el% you ascend. &ou "ill
not get *londe hair and green eyes li$e )ragon*all +% *ut you
"ill ha!e great strength. There are 3 le!els of ascendation. :ne
at the 'd!anced stage of Ki training% one at the ultimate stage
of Ki training and the other "ay past ultimate "hen your
po"er le!el is something li$e 30%000 *ut you might not li!e that
long to "itness it. Thin$ of a line chart. It goes steadily rising
and "hen it gets to F%000 there is a lift going up and do"n
continuously. 4hen you get to F%000% you ha!e to "ait for the
lift to come *ac$ do"n so you can get in it to go to the top
2"aiting to ascend3. The line "here the lift is going up is a*out
li$e this slash- .. The line then gets a *it steeper and you come
to another lift. &ou "ait for it and go up it. &ou are no" at
something li$e G%000. &ou then do the same again "ith the line
and the lift% *ut this time% there is a coffin "ith your *ody in it.
&ou "ill die "hen you get to the coffin either *y too much
energy or old age. &ou can remain @ust *efore the coffin *ut
you "ill not *e a*le to do any more Ki training. 4hen you get
to ascendation le!el 3% your hair gro"th on your *ody "ill
speed up ma$ing you ha!e longer hair @ust li$e in )=+ 2May*e
they do $no" something 3. &ou "ill also ha!e a coat of thic$
hair all o!er your *ody.
To ascend% all you ha!e to do is thin$ of all *ad things
happening to the people you lo!e% li$e your family. Then you
ha!e to !isuali/e a *right "hite light disintegrating all of the
*ad things and ma$ing e!erything good. 'scendation may also
happen if something does really happen to your lo!ed ones.
This normally happens in a limit *rea$.
=urnout
&ou get a *urnout "hen you attempt something "ay a*o!e
your s$ill le!el and fail% or "hen you use too much energy up in
one go. =urnout,s can last for days or may*e "ee$s. 4hen you
are ha!ing a *urnout% you feel "ea$ and tired all the time. To
reco!er from a *urnout faster% get plenty of sleep and get all
the energy out from your food as you can. )o this *y
!isuali/ing a flo" of Ki coming from the food "hile in your
mouth going do"n to your throat cha$ra and getting stored in
your tan tien.

'll of the techniques "ith a red star 2H3 are necessary to go
onto the net le!el of techniques.
Ki =all 2H3
8ut your hands in front of your chest in a cupped shape.
Visuali/e that a *lue ri!er of fu// 2energy3 is going up from
your tan1tien% going up your chest% splitting in t"o at the top of
your chest% each ri!er going do"n each arm and into your
hands. Boncentrate in the middle of the cupped shape. 'fter a
"hile you should see either fu//iness or distorted air. That is
the Ki *all. &ou cannot see the full Ki *all @ust *y loo$ing at it%
you ha!e to either use auric !ision% your third eye or ma$e the
*all REALLY po"erful. &ou ha!e no" made a Ki *all.
Ki =last 2H3
Ma$e a Ki *all. 8ut your cupped hands "ith the Ki *all in it to
your right side of you if you are right handed and left side of
you if you are left handed. #tore some energy into your "rists.
Visuali/e an in!isi*le line going from the Ki *all to your target.
Thrust your arms for"ard. Visuali/e that the Ki *all is *eing
pushed along *y the energy you stored in your "rists and going
along the in!isi*le line. The longer you hold the *last going the
easier it "ill *e to do net time. )o not ehaust yourself. :nly
hold it for 1 minute ma at the *eginning stage.
Ki #hield 2H3
Bollect a lot of energy into the place that you "ant protecting
from Ki attac$s. #hape it into a disc. ;orce it outside your *ody
and !isuali/e it has turned to glass.
Ki a*sor*ing shield
Bollect a lot of energy into the place that you "ant to protect.
#hape it into a fu//y disc. ;orce it to go out of your *ody and
!isuali/e it loo$ing li$e a fu//y plate. This "ill a*sor* the Ki
energy *y filling the gaps in the energy plate. &ou can ta$e this
*ac$ into your hands and shape it into a Ki *all if you "ant to.
Than$s to #ean for pro!iding me "ith this technique
Ki *u**le shield
Breate a hollo" *all of energy in your tan1tien. Epand it until
a part of it reaches your outer s$in. Ao" you ha!e to force it
out of you and let the *u**le engulf you li$e a *u**le does on
other o*@ects. Visuali/e the *u**le turning to glass.
&ou can also create this *u**le out of la!a if you "ant yourself
to *e heated up on a cold morning.
Ki a*sor*ing *u**le
Ma$e a Ki *u**le *ut this time ma$e it so it isn,t a *u**le% *ut
a fu//y sponge.
Ki ;lame 2H3
;ill your *ody full of Ki. Brush it into a *all in your tan1tien.
Visuali/e it eploding all o!er your *ody.
Intermediate Ki Techniques

Kamehameha 2H3
In this mo!e you "ill ha!e to say and thin$ these "ords "hile
doing the technique.

Bollect energy into your *ody and fill it up *ut don,t store it.
Me
#tore the positi!e energy into your tan1tien. I !isuali/e little I,s
to help me. #tore the negati!e energy in another part of your
*ody. I !isuali/e little 9(s to help me.
<a
Breate a Ki *all "ith the negati!e energy 213 in your cupped
hands. Ma$e more and more Ki *alls and compact them
together to ma$e the attac$ e!en more po"erful. Mo!e the
positi!e energy 2I3 to your "rists.
Me
Visuali/e the *all spinning at !ery high speeds. 'lso !isuali/e
an in!isi*le line going from the *all to the target.
<aCCC
Thrust your hands for"ard "ith your hands open li$e a
rectangle shape "ith its top line cut off. Visuali/e the *all "ith
the negati!e energy is *eing pushed along *y a *eam of positi!e
energy.
Ki =eam =last 2H3
8o"er up using a Ki flame and put *oth or one arm up so your
*ody is li$e a right angle or a letter (t,. Mo!e your Ki from
your tan1tien to your palms *ut don,t fire it yet. Breate a plate
of energy outside of your palm2s3 and !isuali/e a *eam going
from them to your target. This is a good technique as it does
not ta$e up much energy and can *e fired rapidly. To fire
rapidly% @ust !isuali/e *eams one after the other. This
technique *lurs the air so it is a good mo!e to sho" off .
Ki 4eapon 2H3
8o"er up using a Ki flame. Jet a "eapon of some sort li$e a
pole or something and hold it "ith t"o hands in front of you.
;ill the "eapon full of Ki and drop the "eapon. &ou "ill no"
ha!e an eact copy of the "eapon formed from Ki.
=urning Knuc$le
)ra" the hand you are going to punch "ith *ac$. 8o"er up
"ith a Ki flame. ;orce all of the energy from the Ki flame into
your fist that is dra"n *ac$. 7et the energy epand out of your
hand and form a Ki flame around your hand. In your mind it
should loo$ li$e your hand is on fire. ;ocus on punching
*ehind your opponent and punch. :nce you ha!e made
contact% release the flame as a *last. Turn your fist a little.
E!en "hen you ha!e made contact% still reach *ehind your
opponent. This attack will cause vomit of blood and may even
paralyse so use as a last resort!
#pin disc 2)estructo disc3 2H3
8ut your right palm in the air. 8alm facing up"ards. Visuali/e
your s$in on your palm disappearing so it re!eals a yello"
!orte. This is your palm cha$ra. Visuali/e it spinning so fast
that you cant see it spinning. This cha$ra spins a*out 500 times
a second. Ma$e a Ki *all a*out 5 inches a*o!e the !orte. This
"ill ma$e the Ki *all spin too. Visuali/e that the spinning Ki
*all is flattening out into a disc. &ou ha!e no" got a disc "hich
spins 500 times a second. Ao" to fire it. =ring your hand *ac$.
Thro" your hand for"ard and !isuali/e the #pin disc lea!ing
your hand and slicing your target in t"o. =e careful not to
ma$e it hit your *ody. I underestimated ho" *ig it "as and
"hen I thre" it% it made a cut on my shoulder. I still ha!e this
cut. =ecause it "as pure energy *eing thro"n% it does not *leed.
It @ust disintegrates it.
#pirit up 2H3
;ill your *ody full of Ki li$e a glass *eing filled to the top "ith
drin$. This "ill clear all energy *loc$ages and ma$e it easier
for the Ki to flo".
Ki mine
Breate a Ki *all and "hile you are ma$ing it% thin$ the
thoughts DThe string *rea$s% the mine *lo"sE. Breate a string
of Ki @oined to the *all. This has to *e !ery long. :pen your
cupped hands and !isuali/e it mo!ing !ery slo"ly to the place
"here you "ant it to *e. 4hen you are satisfied "here it is%
pull the string off the Ki *all. &ou should either- hear a *leep
sound in your ear or feel a tingle all o!er you if you are close
enough.
&ou can ma$e this go into o*@ects. Kust create a King *all *y
using method 5 at the (Bon!ert Ki energy into King energy,
part of this manual. 4hen it is *lo"n% it "ill ma$e the o*@ect
hollo" inside a *it.
Ki 8o"er 7e!el #ensing 2H3
Visuali/e or loo$ at a person a*out ? metres a"ay from you at
the most. Visuali/e the Ki in their *ody and get your Ki to
ma$e a ri!er and touch their Ki. &ou should get a thud in your
stomach. The more po"erful the thud% the more po"erful the
person. This technique ta$es time to de!elop. It may e!en ta$e
a month for some people so please *e patient.

This is a hard technique to eplain *ut I "ill try my *est.
Visuali/e a person or o*@ect in your head eactly as it loo$s
li$e. &ou should then see "hat it is doing or "here it is *y the
*ac$ground. &ou "ill most li$ely get it "rong the first fe"
times *ut you "ill e!entually get it right.
'd!anced Ki Techniques
Ki <alo 2H3
8o"er up using the Ki flame. #crunch *oth your hands into
fists. <old your most dominant fist up in the air a*o!e your
head. Mo!e a lot of energy into your fist and $eep it there.
;orm this energy into a *all inside your hands. Ma$e 3 circles
in the air "ith your fist "ith the energy in it. 4hile doing this
!isuali/e the energy lea!ing your fist and lea!ing a solid trail of
energy *ehind it. This should no" loo$ li$e a circle. #ay (<alo
controlled *y fists, or something along that line the amount of
times you made a circle. 8ut your other fist it the air net to it.
#till concentrate on the halo or else it "ill disappear. Mo!e
your fists either side of the halo. Mo!e *oth your fists do"n
and imagine the halo mo!ing "ith it.
To crush a target% @ust put it a*o!e the target and mo!e it so
the target in the middle of the halo. Mo!e your fists together
fast so they ma$e a clic$ sound. Visuali/e the halo crushing the
target. It ta$es a lot of practice to ma$e an o*@ect react.
This mo!e "ill drain you of a 7:T of energy so use it
sparingly.
#pirit =om* 2H3
This mo!e must *e done in an open field. #tand "ith your legs
shoulder "ith apart. 8ut *oth of your arms up straight a*o!e
your head "ith your palms facing up"ards. ;eel the energy of
the earth% feel the energy of the plants% feel the energy of
e!erything around you. Visuali/e all of their energy going into
your tan1tien and forming a *all. Visuali/e energy from the sun
if possi*le as this is a high energy source. Bompact the *all to
ma$e it more solid and po"erful. )o this until the compacted
*all is as "ide as your *ody. =ring it up from your tan1tien% up
your chest% and finally stopping a*o!e your hands. Visuali/e
the *all "ith a core and the core is pure "hite energy. &ou can
ma$e the core as a mine if you "ish to ma$e it eplode on
impact. Thro" the spirit *om* for"ard to your target. This
attac$ "ill surely disintegrate your opponent if done correctly
so use it "isely. &ou can also collect more energy "hen it is
a*o!e your hands and add it to the *all to ma$e it e!en more
giant.
=ody )uplication
8o"er up using a Ki flame. ;ill your "hole *ody full of Ki and
mo!e to the side 5 steps. &ou should no" ha!e a duplicate of
yourself made out of Ki. It "ill remain until you stop
concentrating on it. This *ody "ill do e!erything you do li$e a
mirror.
Ki #hield =last 2H3
Breate a Ki shield around you. Mo!e it in front of you and fill
it full of Ki. This "ill *e fairly *ig as it "as once around you.
Visuali/e a *eam of energy pushing it along. &ou can also fill
the Ki shield "ith 7:T# of Ki in it so it ma$es pressure so
"hen it hits your opponent it "ill eplode.
=ig =ang 2H3
8o"er up using a Ki flame. 8ut your hands into fists and put
one arm either side of you. 7i$e a letter T. Engulf your fists
"ith a Ki flame and *ring them together a*o!e your head.
Breate a *loc$age in *oth of your "rists so no energy can get
out. Breate a door in your el*o"s so energy can get in *ut not
out. =ring a 7:T of energy into the gap *et"een the *loc$ages
in *oth arms. Barry on doing this so there is a humongous
amount of pressure in *et"een the *loc$s. &our arms should
*e sha$ing a lot *y no". =ring your arms in front of you% open
your fists so *oth thum*s are touching and *oth inde fingers
are touching. 4hen doing this quic$ly create a Ki *all in each
M shape of hands and @oin them together in the middle. Ta$e
the *loc$s out of the hands and let the pressurised energy push
the Ki *all along li$e a letter &. The t"o *eams *eing at the top
of the & and the Ki *all *eing at the *ottom.
This attack will surely finish off your opponent and maybe even
kill so use as a last resort!
Ki Magnet =last 2H3
8ut your palms out facing the opponent. &our hands should *e
together. Ao" ma$e a Ki shield in front of your palms. )irect
your thoughts to"ards the shield and thin$ Dattract KiE. It
should collect the Ki from almost e!erything around it. Ao"
ma$e it spin round "ith your "ill po"er and !isuali/ation. The
Ki should spin round "ith it. Ao" fire it li$e a Ki *all. The
spinning magnet "ill hit first% attracting more Ki *ehind it and
causing damage% then the collected Ki "ill hit% causing more
damage and finally the *last "ill hit causing e!en more
damage.
Lltimate Ki Techniques
Aote- :nly use these techniques if you ha!e mastered EVE6&
technique needed.
Teleportation 2H3
8o"er up a 7:T using a Ki flame. #tand up straight "ith your
legs shoulder "idth apart. 8ut your inde finger and middle
finger of your most dominant hand 2the hand you use to "rite
"ith3 together so it is li$e a gun. 8ut your thum* in the groo!e
*et"een the t"o fingers and focus all of your energy into these
t"o fingers. Breate a little Ki *all a*out 3 cm "ide and 3 cm
tall on the tip of your t"o fingers so it is @ust a*o!e the groo!e
of your t"o fingers. 8ut the fingers "ith the Ki *all on your
third eye 2in *et"een your eye*ro"s3 so the Ki *all goes into
your third eye. Blose your eyes and !isuali/e yourself made out
of *lue energy. Ao" !isuali/e that you disappear from "here
you are no" and reappear "here you "ant to go. If you "ant
to teleport far% you "ill need a lot of energy *ut if it,s only
across the room you "on,t need as much.
I am not uaranteein that this move will work! "nly # person I
know who knows the move has done it. It may ta$e o!er a year
@ust to teleport 1 foot *ut I am unsure. I "as told this mo!e *y
a person on a forum and he said he tried it and he "as 5 foot
across the room.
7e!itation 2H3
8o"er up using a Ki flame. Visuali/e a *ig *all of energy in
your tan1tien. ;latten it out to ma$e it a*out 3 inches thic$.
Mo!e it do"n your *ody and ma$e it stop at your feet. )o not
ma$e it go *elo" your feet. Visuali/e it changing into a solid
o*@ect li$e a tray or a plate. 8ush it out of your feet and hold it
@ust *elo" your feet. 8ush it up and !isuali/e you are going up
"ith it. E!en "hen you are off the ground it "ill still feel li$e
you are standing on the floor. I thin$ this is something to do
"ith the ner!es. The *est place to do this is standing against a
"all *ecause you can,t fall *ac$"ards li$e you normally do
"hen doing it "hen standing normally. It is more than li$ely
that you "ill not mo!e a *it for the first 501100 times you do it.
This is perfectly normal. 7e!itation is possi*le% as I ha!e done
it using this technique.
Ki !orte
8ut your hands together in a preying position. Visuali/e the
palm cha$ras epanding so the end of them cross so they are a
(NM, shape. 4iden the gap *et"een your hands and epand the
ne"ly formed cha$ra !orte. Mo!e it in *et"een you and your
opponent "ith a !orte facing each of you. These !orte,s "ill
drain you and your opponents Ki into it% thus ma$ing it
unsta*le "hen it collects too much. Then it eplodes. Try to get
out of the "ay "hen it eplodes. &ou "ill ha!e a gut feeling
*efore it eplodes.
Bon!ert Ki energy into King energy
#ethod ,
Visuali/e yourself as a s$eleton. Visuali/e that all of the energy
in your *ody is going to your lo"er arm *one and into the
marro". )o this in short *ursts of energy. E!ery time it does
this !isuali/e that the *ones are compacting. &our Ki is
compacting into King.
#ethod -
Breate a Ki *all. Visuali/e it as a hard% solid round o*@ect. I use
a roc$.
King =last
Ma$e King *y using method 1 or 5.
#ethod ,
Jet King in your arms. 8ut the arm "ith the King in it up so it
is at O0 degrees angle "ith your legs. Visuali/e an in!isi*le line
from your hands to your target. Visuali/e it lea!ing your arm
and follo"ing the line to your target as a *eam.
#ethod -
Ma$e King *y using method 5. Jo into the standing position
li$e you did "ith the Kamehameha. Visuali/e an in!isi*le line
going from the *all to your target. Thrust your hands for"ard
and !isuali/e a hard% solid% long o*@ect emerging from your
hands and pushing the roc$ along. I use a tree trun$ as it can
go as long as I "ant it to. Visuali/e that the tree trun$ goes
throuh the target or else it "on,t "or$.
<o" to increase your performance
6unning
8lace Ki in your feet% calf muscles and thigh muscles. #tart off
as a gentle @og generally getting faster. 4hen you are at
running speed !isuali/e e!erything /ooming past you and you
are running so fast it loo$s li$e your legs aren,t e!en mo!ing.
&ou "ill e!entually run as fast as an :lympic sprinter.
BautionC This mo!e "ill lea!e you !ery tired after the race so
use carefully. It may *e li$ely that you "ill *uild up
momentum and "on,t *e a*le to stop easily so please thin$
ahead.
Kumping
8ut Ki in your feet% tan1tien% calf muscles and thigh muscles.
Kump up and do"n normally% not trying to go too high.
Visuali/e there is a plate *elo" your feet in the air pushing you
up higher each @ump. Visuali/e you @umping high into the
clouds% loo$ing around at all of the scenery and landing softly.
&ou "ill soon notice that you are @umping high and not trying
to @ump high.
8unching
8ut Ki in your shoulders% fists% higher arm and lo"er arm.
8unch slo"ly *ac$ and forth. 4hile one fist is punching% the
other is *eing dra"n *ac$. )o this 5 times e!ery hour for a

into a fist% then the other one and then *oth of your legs at the
same time. Tighten your *ody muscles e!en more so they are
really tight. Visuali/e a *all of "hite Ki in your tan tien.
Visuali/e it *rea$ing up into a (liquid, ri!er. Visuali/e it
mo!ing round your *ody so fast it loo$s li$e it isn,t e!en
mo!ing. Lp your chest% do"n your arm% up your arm% do"n
the other arm% up the other arm% do"n your leg% up your leg%
do"n your other leg% up your other legP 's it goes around%
!isuali/e it flo"ing through your muscles and ma$ing them get
*igger and may*e e!en ma$ing them pop out. &ou "ill soon
