FSU Student ---- ------ to Present Senior Guitar Recital
Frostburg State University student ---- ------ will present his senior guitar recital on
Wednesday, April 30, at 7:30 p.m. in the Pealer Recital Hall of FSUs Performing Arts Center.
The recital is free and open to the public.
------ will open the recital with Prelude IV by Heitor Villa-Lobos and Pavana I by Luis
Milan. The recital will also feature Theme and Variations I-III on Folies dEspagne by Mauro
Giuliani and Once Upon a Rainy Day by Jubing Kristianto. ------ will also perform Intermezzo
Op. 118, No. 2 by Johannes Brahms. Joining him on this piece will be ---- -----, ------- ------- and
------ ------- on guitar. The recital will then move on with Fool on The Hill by John Lennon and
Paul McCartney and Prelude I, BWV 846 by Johann Sebastian Bach. Joining ------ on these
pieces will be ---- -------- and ------- on guitar. ------ will close the recital with movements from
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozarts Divertimento II, K229 I. Allegro and II Menuetto and with the
Brazilian Folk Songs Cancao and Faz Hoje Um Ano arranged by Eythor Thorlaksson. ------
will be joined with ----- -------- and -------- on Guitar.
------ studies guitar with Patrick Sise. He is a member of the FSU Guitar Ensemble. A
2010 graduate of Thomas Stone High School, ------ expects to graduate in December 2014 with
a bachelors degree in general music studies and philosophy. He is the son of ---- and ---- ------
of Hughesville Md.
