KODONG AJAK
Introduction
Reasons why I chose this topic:
Reason 1:
I amwriting this paper because I wanted to learn more
about childhood obesity and why it is happening.
Reason 2: I wanted to teach others about childhood
obesity.
Reason 3: this research paper will help me in life so i
can be more succesful.

Thesis Statement
From 1980 to recent years the percentage of childhood
obesity has tripled because children are eating more than
they should be, and at the same time eating unhealthy.

Evidence
Evidence/proof 1
Children eating more. snacking between meals is more common than
it was in the past.
Evidence/Proof 2
Unhealthy food. We have man made ingridants. that make you want
to eat more and also make you more fat.
Evidence/Proof 3
More calories. children choose to skip meals thinking it will healp them
lose weigh, because they think they will eat fewer calories. people who
skip meals will get so hungary in betwee that they wil eat more calories
at their next meal.

Conclusion
you can reclaim your body from childhood obesity. childhood obesity
can be overcome by hardwork and commmitment. For improving the
weight of an overweight chilsd is getting the whole family involved in
the process of losing weight. Currie-McGhee says "Yor child will not
succeed at losing weight if he is munching on carrot sticks and
everyone is slurping on milkshakes." While getting the whole family
involved they should change their habbits slowly so that everyone can
get use to the new healthy lifestyle.
