With reference to our meeting today we have mutually agreed & happy to add Mr.Bupinder Singh to our
Simba family as a equal partner.

Above listed all partners are equal sharing partners as on date but as Mr.Rana Sethi has sent a mail on 4

Feb2014 on samba wines & has shown that he has no interest to continuing as a partner with us and wants to
move out with his invested capital immediately.
So under the new scenario our partnership firm Simba Wines will have new combination of partners with
equal profit as follow......

Mr.Bupinder Singh.
Mr.Jagdish Vasu.
It has been mutually agreed & decided that as Mr.Bupiner Singh entering into partnership agreement Mr.Rana
Sethi will move out with his total investment settlement with immediate effect.
Mr.Ranas Investment settlement needs Rs18 Lakhs + Rs10 Lakhs for second consignment + Hiring & applying
for Bonded Warehouse at Tanzania.
Our plan & objective to achieve for 2014 remains as 3 containers of 1000 cases each total 3000cases importing
from different destinations and selling at Tanzania, it will help us to make our 2015 secure and best year to
work on high turnover business.
