WARNING: To prevent personal injury, follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and follow safety
procedures identied in the manufacturer's manual. Disconnect all electrical power to the unit
to prior to performing any of the following maintenance procedures. Read, understand, and
follow all the instruction warnings in all of the component instruction manuals.
2 Inspect general conditions.
3 Inspect wiring/components for loose connections; tighten as required.
4 Check unit over its range of control.
5 Check source of the signal and its amplication on electronic controls.
6 Check air system for leaks.
7 Check belt conditions for wear, proper tension, and alignment. Adjust if necessary.
8 Check belt tension in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual.
9 Lubricate fan shaft bearings in accordance with the manufacturer's O&M manual .
10 Clean fan.
11 Replace lters.
12 Inspect exterior piping and valves for leaks.
13 Check operation and clean dampers, louvers, and shutters; lubricate all pivot points.
14 Clean area around equipment.
15 Workorder: Complete and report deciencies and corrective measures taken.

2 Check with operating personnel for deciencies.
3 Check for noise and vibration.
