Dear Mrs. Hughes,
I am writing to apply for the consultant in public administration in spanish position advertised
in the Business Journal of 10 May 2014. I am interested in the job you advertised and its a
good chance to develop my professional skills. The opportunity of this position is interesting
and I believe that my strong communication skills and education can make me a competitive
candidate for this position.
As you will find out from my enclosed Curriculum Vitae, I have a certificate of professional
competencies in Spanish and, also, I have a university degree in Public Administration,
awarded by the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest.
After graduation, I have been working with the ASAP, Professional asociation of the
specialists in public administration, for two years, where I have acquired experience in
consultancy in public administration.

Working at ASAP was a good oportunity for me to use and develop good communication and
team-player skills.

Working with people is very challenging for me and I would appreciate the chance of an
interview when I can give more arguments for my option.
