I am writing this letter to apply for a MS in HRM / PM at the University of Budapest Technology and
Economics in Hungary, which is Fairly related to my previous educational background. I accomplished
My MBA Degree in HRM from The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Science and Technology (SZABIST) in 2021
with CGPA of 2.53 out of 4.0 and Percentage 74 % Out of 100 %.

Being Chosen at the Postgraduate Level in Human Resource Management was a like perfect fit for me
because I have been doing documents arrangement and maintaining properly according to the related
object like writing application and letters by professionally and also have keen to know about the history
of something which feel apparent to me so it is my habit to gather the information about that obvious
thing from beginning to the current stage which gives me a clear understanding for mind and relaxation
non another than it gives me a potential to get drive the same information from that previous and
current stage with clear set of mind with innovative approach that I feel I can make it workable for
others with exceptional combination of mindset. So now I am working in company as Project Document
Controller with good mind set of working Environment but now I have keen to study more about the
HRM / Project Management accordingly to the Project Environment

The opportunity of the stipendium Hungaricum scholarship will enable me to pursue my education and
research to achieve my determination.

After completing my MS education and returning full of skills and expertise, I will open my own
consultancy firm to get work on these platforms Project Human Resource Management, Performance
Management, Project Cost Management, PDCA Cycle, Training and development, Industrial
Management and Labor Relation and Leadership and Motivation Techniques, this would be a perfect
way for me to use my skills and expertise acquired from abroad to facilitate and give awareness to rural
areas of people and industrial sector , renowned companies and education sector of my country.

I want to conclude that I am excited to learn new experiences, strengthen my skills and expand my
knowledge of the world’s project people management sector , I believe that MS in HRM / PM would
lead to my career growth in the best possible way.
