AFTER JOIN THE SLT

Give basic training via Induction Program
Training Center
After training allowed working day which is
called Training Day
Consider working areas according to the
degree and design training base
Duration- 3 to 6 months

DURING TRAINING

Follow a training diary
Train as an employer in SLT
Responsible is different between the trainee
and the staff
Complete the training diary during the
training
Both SLIIT and SLT join together and do
assessment

AFTER TRAINING

Within 2 months have to create a report
about training period
Certify the report from SLT Training and
Planning Unit
Give the report to the SLIIT
Attend to the interview which is held by SLIIT
with a member of SLT
Finally they issue training completing letter
