CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT:

1. NO REFUNDS
2. I will phone no less than 24 hours in advance to re-schedule my road test. I can only
re-schedule my test once.
3. I will arrive at least 10 minutes prior to my appointment.
4. I will check in at the desk with the sign ROAD TEST CHECK-IN and show valid
registration and insurance for the test vehicle.
5. I will bring a mechanically sound vehicle. This includes but not limited to:
a. Windshield free of cracks
b. Working brake lights, signal lights and speedometer
c. Adequate brakes
d. Functioning seat belts
e. Working horn
f. Front doors and windows operational from inside and out
g. Sufficient fuel to accommodate the road test
h. Safe and clean interior
6. If I bring a rental vehicle, I will present the contract with my name on it.
7. I will bring my valid drivers licence (if I am suspended or have an interim licence I will bring
valid photo ID).
8. I have verified that I am eligible for the class of road test that I have booked.
9. The examiner has the right to cancel the test and re-schedule for the first available date
because of weather conditions or emergency.

I agree to the terms above and understand failure to meet the above
requirements will result in loss of test time and money. I will have to
purchase another road test.
