NEAC is responsible transferring your payments to Prometric, making necessary calls and providing necessary information
and documents to related departments to schedule your exam. However, the CONFIRMATION of your Exam Schedule comes
from the exam coordinator Prometric. You are responsible to check your emails and read every email sent by both NEAC
and Prometric to confirm that your exam is scheduled and double check the correctness of the exam date and time. Also,
be aware that Prometric may change a testing date and reschedule it with a short notice. Prometric communicates this type
of changes only via electronic mail. NEAC may or may not call or text you regarding your schedule. Therefore you must
check your emails everyday until you take the exam.
If rescheduling your exam you must check your emails to see whether the rescheduling was successfully completed. If you
do not receive any email from Pearson Vue or NEAC confirming your rescheduling with a new date and time YOU MUST
SHOW UP AT THE TESTING SITE ON THE ORIGINAL TESTING DATE AND TIME TO TAKE THE EXAM or you may need to
schedule and pay the exam fee.
Be advised you must call NEAC, 7 (working) days prior to your exam date to confirm your exam scheduling. Request to change
a schedule via phone call is not authorized. NEAC management does not accept any responsibility for scheduling changes
made via phone.

Bring your passport during the examination date. (PASSPORT is the only acceptable identification for International Testing
site. No other identification is acceptable for admittance to the DHA examination.)
Bring two valid government Ids for Philippine passport without signature. (Examples: PRC ID, SSS,TIN, GSIS, Employer ID,
Driver license, Postal ID, NBI ID)
All identification must be valid (not expired) with signature and photograph. All identification must be in English.
The printed first and last name on your passport must match exactly in the printed first and last name on your Exam
Confirmation.
If your name on your Exam Confirmation is different from the name on your passport you must bring legal name change
documentation (only acceptable forms of legal documentation: marriage license, divorce decree/or court action legal
name change documents. All documents must be in English and original.

Passport must be printed in English language letters, must be valid and unexpired (clearly stated) have recent photograph.

Arrive at the testing center 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in procedures. If you are
late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will incur a penalty fee for lost computer time in order to reestablish
your eligibility.

IMPORTANT: Before you make a deposit you must call any NEAC Center (Manila: 02-734-1426) and find out the NEAC exchange
rate of the day. Please submit the original deposit slip to NEAC office on the same day the deposit was made to prevent charges for
exchange rate differences.

- Fill up 3 deposit slip (1 for you, 1 for bank, and 1 for NEAC)
- Your application can not be processed until full and exact payment received. Also be advised there is no refund for over
