assembly at 9-1<P, in order or her to conduct an or#ani5ational consultation re#ardin# the Tambayan issue+
,s+ O#oshi started the committees re(ort with matters re#ardin# the Colle#e !reshmen "elcome Assembly+
She e;(ressed the need or the *e(artment .e(resentati'es to secure and submit their Audio)0isual
Presentations, ,usic, and other necessary matters by June 1<, 2010 at =-00P,+ /t was also mentioned that a
technical (erson amiliar with their (resentations should be (ro'ided+ The ood or the C!"A is still to be ordered
and ta6en care o by ,r+ .osero since he 'olunteered to handle it+ A concern was also raised and noted that music
should be (layed while the audience waits durin# idle moments+
At this (oint, an u(date o the sta#e desi#n>s (ro#ress was re?uested+ /n re(ly to this, ,r+ 2'a re(lied that all
o the needed materials, sa'e or the railin#s, are ready+ The rest o the (roduction wor6 would ta6e (lace on the
set itsel+ Chair(erson Ja'elosa e;(ressed concern and reminded the body that this should not be rushed+ %e then
instructed the Publications Committee to 'isit the set and measure its dimensions tomorrow+ "ith re#ards to this,

the council@ on one hand, the 0olcor(s did commendably well, but on the other hand, the council (erormed less

rom their de(artment>s seniors since there are still a number o 'acant (ositions let or the 2dboard+ /t was also
mentioned that the e;hibit o the (hoto studios will be held on the last wee6 o June+ ,s+ O#oshi then shared that
there are still two studios o(en or test shots, but due time)based diiculties, these may be cancelled+ Chair(erson
Ja'elosa then said that due to the una'ailability o ,s+ *ela Cru5 and ,r+ .amos as models, these studios> test
shot oers should be declined so that the e;hibit #uidelines may already be orwarded to the studios that ha'e
inished and that they may be#in the necessary (re(arations+

P% <00 was denied by the ST.A" Committee@ thus the acti'ity will be held in the Palma %all Ste(s+ :o ma8or

connections they ha'e with such #rou(s to the committee+ Chair(erson Ja'elosa then as6ed in i they can mar6et

ad'ertisement, but was more interested in retail booth o((ortunities+

(layers they 6new to ta6e (art+ ,s+ /sa#uirre inormed the body that only two ha'e re(lies thus ar+ ,r+ .osero

The ne;t to(ic discussed was the !reshies Circle+ An in?uiry came u( with re#ards to the ?ualiication or
membershi( o the arm- would reshmen)standin# students such as shitees or transerees be allowed or will it be
a strictly)reshmen membershi( com(osition+ Chair(erson Ja'elosa addressed this by lea'in# it to the discretion
o the committee+ The committee then re?uested the *e(artment .e(resentati'es to li6e the reshie an (a#e
