MINUTES OF THE SUPREME STUDENT GOVERNEMNT HELD LAST APRIL 13, 2018 ATHE
THE SSG OFFICE AT 1:00PM.

I. CALL TO ORDER
The presiding officer, Veejay P. Delos Santos called to order the regular meeting of the
SSG at 1:00PM last April 13, 2018 at the SSG Office,

II. ROLL CALL

The secretary, Ernanelly Beatrice T. Benolirao conducted a roll call. The following officers
were present:

III. APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES

Ernanelly Beatrice T. Benolirao , the Secretary read the previous minutes of the last
meeting, dated March 12, 2018. There were no comments, reactions and follow-ups of the
previous minutes. The Vice-President, Sandra Garcia, moved to approve the previous
minutes, duly seconded by Raj Rampos, Servant Leader. The minutes dated March 12,
2018 was approved.

IV. OPEN ISSUES

A planning meeting for the Cleanup Drive and Outreach Program.
 Motion : It has been moved by Veejay De Los Santos that there should be a
partnership with the section Azurite and Futsal players for the Cleanup Drive and
Outreach Program
 Vote : Motion Approved Unanimously
 Resolved : Both Azurite and Futsal will help in the preparation and the Futsal Players
will then share their skills to the kids during the outreach program
  Motion : Keth Romarate moved that the Cleanup Drive will be in Saksak Spring
Daanlungsod at 7am in the morning on April 19, 2018 .
 Vote : Motion Approved Unanimously.
 Resolved : All will be at the place at exactly 7am on the said date .

 Motion : The Outreach Program will also be on April 20,2018 at Pasol Pugalo
Integrated School and invite 15 kindergarten students at exactly 1:00 pm .
 Vote : Motion Approved
 Resolved : Everyone is expected to be at the place at 1 pm .

 Motion : School supplies will be given and deduct the money bought from the
previous funds during the Fund Raising on Valentines Day
 Vote : 14 approved , 3 opposed – everyone should also bring their personal gifts for
the kids aside from the school supplies.
 Resolved : School supplies will be given and there should also be gifts from Azurite ,
SSG and Futsal Players for the kids.

 Motion : There should be games for the kids

 Vote : Motion Approved Unanimously
 Resolved : There should be an assigned committee for the games during the
outreach program.

None

VI. ADJOURNMENT
The presiding officer, Veejay P. Delos Santos adjourned the meeting at 2:45 pm
