1. Roadside Beautification – on January 29-30, 2016 all the members of Women’s

Organization and 4P’s beneficiaries will clean on their respective Purok/Sitio for the
roadside beautification
2. BESWMC Budget 2016 – Calendar Year 2016 Budget for BESWMC
- P 10, 000.00 - Labor on Waste Segregation
- P 10, 000.00 - Working Materials
- P 5, 000.00 - Labor on Maintenance
- P 10, 000.00 - Labor on Cleaning
- P 5, 000.00 - Supplies
P 40, 000.00 Total Budget for BESWMC
3. BESWMC Action Plan 2016 – BESWM Committee will formulate an Action Plan for the
Council Year 2016.

4. Clean and Green Evaluation – the final Evaluation for Clean and Green Program of the
Municipality of Tboli will be on February 2016.

- Prepare all the necessary documents for the evaluation

- Backyard Garden Entry :
- Community Garden Entires: Brgy. Council, Women’s Organization, 4P’s
Beneficiaries, TFGMPC, Unified, Youth Sector.
