Minutes of the 78th Regular Session of the 16th Sangguniang Bayan of Lupon, Davao Oriental, held at the
S.B. Session Hall on April 2, 2012 at 9:50 oclock in the morning.
PRESENT:
1. Hon. Bonso S. Barabag - Mun. Vice Mayor (Presiding Officer)
2. Hon. Capistrano V. Roflo, Jr. - Mun. Councilor
3. Hon. Cenen A. Angsinco - -do-
4. Hon. Bernardita S. Salazar - -do- OIC Mayor

ABSENT:
1. Hon. Santos Q. Alonzo, Jr. - Mun. Councilor
2. Hon. Reden P. Dacquiado - -do-
3. Hon. Romeo R. Bote, Jr. - -do-
4. Hon. Reynaldo P. Suriba - -do-
5. Hon. Kent L. Evangelista - -do-
6. Hon. Rheyan Glenn D. Manggob - SKMF President
7. Hon. Arfran L. Quiones - ABC President

The Honorable Secretary called the roll at 9:53 oclock in the morning, and only
three (3) honorable members of the council were present, one (1) member, Hon. Bernardita
S. Salazar, was the OIC Mayor, and seven (7) honorable members of the council were
absent. A recess was declared at 9:55 AM on motion of Hon. Roflo, Jr. Session was
resumed at 10:09 AM, and the roll was called for the second time. Still only three (3)
honorable members of the council were present and seven (7) honorable members of the
council were absent. A recess was declared at 10:10 AM on motion of Hon. Roflo, Jr.
Session was resumed at 10:18 AM, and the roll was called for the third time. Still only three
(3) honorable members of the council were present and seven (7) honorable members of the
council were absent. On motion of Hon. Roflo, Jr., session was adjourned for lack of
quorum, duly seconded by Hon. Angsinco.

ADJOURNMENT
Session was adjourned at 10:19 oclock in the
morning for failure to constitute quorum.
