OPENING:
The meeting started with a prayer led by Rojeal Castro and was
called to order by Jinuwie Planto at 1 o’clock in the afternoon
(1:00 pm) on June 15, 2023 via Google Meet.
Present:

AGENDA:
1. Election of CSSC Adviser and Co-Adviser
NEW BUSINESS:
June 15, 2023, the College of Supreme Student Council convened
for selecting the new CSSC Adviser and Co-Adviser. President
Jinuwie Planto discussed first the Constitution and By-Laws
regarding the appointment of the CSSC Advisers. Furthermore,
after the discussion, it was agreed by the officers to come up an
election of CSSC Adviser and Co- Adviser. The election was opened
properly by the presiding officer, Jinuwie Planto. Instr. Ernie
Pedregosa, Prof. Alfredo Gambala, and Dr. Lydia V. Araneta were
nominated to be the CSSC Adviser. The nomination was closed by
Vice President, Michael Andrie Planto. And the motion was
seconded by the Senate President, Michael Cuevas.
Lastly, it was agreed that Prof. Alfredo Gambala and Dr. Lydia V.
Araneta were the newly elected CSSC Adviser and Co-Adviser.

Meeting was adjourned at exactly 2:00 PM.
