A RESOLUTION FOR CEMCOS ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBERSHIP FEE TO BE

MANDATORY

May 10, 2014

(Resolution Number 007, SY 2014-2015)

(1) WHEREAS, the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of Mindanao University of

Science and Technology will be conducting the Centralized Membership Collection System
(CEMCOS) on May 12- June 14, 2013;

(2) WHEREAS, the SSC Council held its meeting last May 9, 2014 and unanimously
decided to make CEMCOS organizational fee mandatory for all students expect the 4P’s
scholars;

(3) WHEREAS, all accredited student organization submitted their resolutions to

join the Centralized Collection of Fees (CEMCOS), attached are their organizational
membership fee breakdown and resolution;

(4) RESOLVED, the SSC together with all accredited student organizations agreed
to make all student organizations membership fee mandatory.

(5) Unanimously adopted. May 9, 2014 MUST Supreme Student Council Office,
Cagayan de Oro City.
