Good day everyone!!!

We are looking forward to seeing you all at the 1st Water

Service Cooperative Summit in Subic Bay Travelers Hotel and Events Center,
SBMA, Zambales on February 16 – 17, 2023.
Below are some important reminders for hassle-free travel, a safe stay in the
venue, and the success of our activity.

1. Please bring with you any government-issued I.D and your VACCINATION
CARD.
2. If you are coming from far provinces, and will ride via plane, you may take
a flight going to Clark or if not available via Manila. We will provide a
transportation for billeting. Please send us a notification immediately and
contact us at 09088217940 Mina/ 09088210470 Daisy.
3. For health and safety protocols, wear your face masks at all times and
keep your alcohol/sanitizers on hand;
4. You need to register upon arrival at the venue in the specific place/area
designated to accept arriving guests and participants; the registration fee
of P1, 500.00 will be pay upon registration thru Mindanao Cooperative
Water Service Federation.
5. First meal will be LUNCH on February 16, 2023;
6. Last meal will be LUNCH on February 17, 2023;
7. All other expenses such as the consumption of the items in the mini bar in
your respective rooms, traveling expenses, and other expenses such as
lost/damaged room key/key card shall be borne by the participants;
8. Hotel accommodation will start at 2:00 PM on February 16, 2023;
9. The program will officially start at exactly 1:00 PM on February 16, 2023;
10. Kindly prepare a list of problems, issues, and concerns
confronting/affecting the Water Service Cooperative for consideration
and/or input in the planning session;
11. Bring your vitamins and maintenance drugs, if you have any; and
12. Lastly, enjoy the travel and the entire activity but always keep safe!
