A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE UNIVERSITY THRU BUDGET OFFICER, ENGR. DENNIS RYAN C.
AFABLE TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE PESOS (25,000.00 ) FOR THE
PRODUCTION OF 23 PIECES LOCAL SSC UNIFORMS AND I.D FOR SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL
OFFICERS IN EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY CAN-AVID CAMPUS.
WHREAS, SSC officers deemed it necessary to have a local ID and Uniform for them to be
distinguish and recognized by the students of this University as officers.
WHEREAS, the said Uniform and ID will be use every time there is a meeting and activity
spearheaded by the council or in every event that the assistance of the council is
required or necessary.
WHEREAS, the SSC local Uniform and ID will serve as identity of persons in authority for all the
students on whom to approach and seek help during the times when assistance is
mostly needed.
WHEREAS, the ID costs pesos and the Uniform costs
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of ( ) be withdrawn from the STUDENT
DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF) to be used for the production of 23 pieces local SSC Uniforms and ID.

PREPARATION OF FSCO ELLECTION THIS SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 AT EASTERN SAMAR STATE
UNIVERSITY BORONGAN.
WHREAS, SSC President deemed it necessary to have a local ID and Uniform for them to be

TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (450.00) TO ATTEND MEETING FOR THE
PREPARATION OF FSCO ELLECTION THIS SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 AT EASTERN SAMAR STATE
UNIVERSITY BORONGAN.
WHREAS, the SSC president shall convene this Wednesday, 10 in the morning on September
21,2022 at the President’s conference room, ESSU main campus, for the necessary
Preparations for the upcoming FSCO Election.
WHEREAS, whereas as the president needed food and transportation allowance
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of four hundred fifty pesos. (450.00 ), be
withdrawn from the STUDENT DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF) to be used for the preparation of FSCO
meeting.

TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND PESOS (9,000.00) TO BE UTILIZED BY SSC OFFICERS
TO ATTEND THE FSCO ELECTION THIS SEPTEMBER 23, 2022 AT EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY –
MAYDOLONG CAMPUS
WHREAS, the exercise of suffrage for all members of the SSC officers across ESSU campuses shall be
on September 23, 2022 at ESSU-Maydolong campus.

WHREAS, all SSC officers across campuses, shall serve as the electorate of the FSCO election. They
serve as the elect officials for the following offices: Vice President for Internal Affairs,
Vice-President for external Affairs, treasurer, Auditor and the Public Relation Officer.
WHEREAS, to that effect, there shall be an assembly of all SSC officers at 10 in the morning on
September 23, 2022. ESSU Maydolong campus shall facilitate the venue and other necessary
arrangements.
WHEREAS, proclamation of winners shall be done immediately after the election, subject to absence
of petitions or protests. Oath taking of the newly elected FSCO officers shall be on Monday, 10 in the
morning, September 26, 2022 at the President’s conference room, ESSU main campus.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of nine thousand pesos. (9000.00), be
withdrawn from the STUDENT DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF) to be used for the FSCO election.

FOR CELEBRATION OF WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY THIS OCTOBER 5, 2022 AT EASTERN SAMAR STATE
UNIVERSITY CAN-AVID.
WHREAS, the budget will be used for stage decorations for the celebration of teachers’ day.
WHEREAS, this activity is to acknowledge, thank and appreciate the teachers for non-stop spreading
knowledge to the students.
WHEREAS, the event will be held at gymnasium ESSU Can-Avid.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of five thousand pesos. (5000.00), be
withdrawn from the STUDENT DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF) to be used for the FSCO election.

TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (31,500.00) TO BE
UTILIZED BY SSC OFFICERS TO ATTEND THE FIRST FEDERATED STUDENT COUNCIL ORGANIZATION
(FSCO) INC REGULAR MEETING THIS OCTOBER 20-21, 2022 AT EASTERN SAMAR STATE UNIVERSITY-
GUIUANN CAMPUS.
WHEREAS , The FSCO will be conducting it’s first regular meeting at Eastern Samar State University –
Guiuan Campus on October 20 – 21.
WHEREAS, The participants should arrive at the said campus where the meeting will be held.
WHEREAS, In the evening of the first day, a team building will be conducted at Calicoan Resort which
will be spearheaded by the FSCO, Inc. Officers

WHEREAS, The council agreed that the participants of this cause will be composed of _____ officers
mostly from the executive council and the rest will come from the legislative council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of thirty-one thousand five hundred pesos
(31,500), be withdrawn from the STUDENT DEVELOPMENT FUND (SDF) to be used for the FSCO first
regular meeting.
