WHEREAS, the CSU-SoYA Officers conducted a regular meeting last February 11, 2022, at
College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries Building and the body decided to collect
an organization fee for the second semester of A.Y. 2021-2022 for the organizations’
sustainability;
WHEREAS, all registered members of CSU-SoYA for the second semester of A.Y. 2021-
2022 are obliged to pay the said fee;
WHEREAS, officers both elected and appointed are also obliged to pay the program fee in
full payment;
WHEREAS, the fee is payable until June 20, 2022 and will be paid through either Palawan
Padala Express or Gcash. Failure to pay the organization fee will result to blocking of
clearance. However, if given a valid and justifiable reason, a promissory note must be
submitted.
WHEREAS, the CSU-SoYA conducted a general assembly last March 19, 2022 via Google
Meet and Facebook Live, and the President presented the budget proposal and
announced the collection of organization fee.
WHEREAS, the Minutes of the meeting last March 19, 2022, the list of activities/projects,
and proposed budget allocation is attached in the succeeding pages of this
resolution;
WHEREAS, upon the approval of this resolution, The Officer in charge for Records and
Archives must secure a copy to be furnished to the office of the University Student
Government (USG) and to the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS);
RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, the collection of ₱50.00 organization fee from CSU-
SoYA members enrolled in the second semester of AY 2021-2022 and shall take effect
and be adopted after being signed by the majority of CSU-SoYA Officers, CSU-
SoYA Advisers, LCO President, USG President, and the OSAS Director.
