Minutes of EVYCA Officers Meeting on September 19, 2019

The EVYCA Officers Meeting was called to order by the EVYCA President, Jericko Magistrado started at
9:00 in the morning last September 19, 2019 held at BCC Science Laboratory, San Juan, Baao Camarines Sur. An
opening prayer was led by Ms. Ruth Relos, EVYCA P.I.O. and was immediately followed by the meeting proper.
Magistrado discussed the Appointing of Committee Chairpersons , Income Generating Projects, School
Activities and the OUA Memorandum No. 12 s. 2019 were it is a “ Call for Climate Action” this coming September
20-27.
The first agenda was Appointing of Committee Chairpersons that are based on the selections and
recommendations of EVYCA Officers coming from the different departments.
Second Agenda are the School Projects and Income Generating Activities such as, Usbong Pencils that
will be promoted on social media , Mini-Garden per section out of Usbong Pencil seeds, Awarding for the Most
Clean and Green Section every month, School Visitation for Usbong Pencil Promotion and IGP , Trash Can/Bin
using recycled bottles, Clean-up drive per month and the ”Bataris Petition” that requires public school canteen
to prioritize selling viand made of vegetables than meat.
Third Agenda was the 2 Days Activity this coming September 26-27, under the OUA Memorandum No.
12 s. 2019 that promotes environment awareness to all the students to actively participate and be involve on
environmental activities inside and outside the school. The 2 -Days activity is entitled, ”Climate Awareness
Seminar and Clean-up Drive 2019” With this, EVYCA Officers decided to collect the Registration Fee of Ten
pesos (P10.00) and 1 bottle(1.5/ 2L) per student for the certificates, snacks and for other materials needed for
the activity and for the upcoming activities and programs.
After the discussion of the agenda, the presiding person recapitulated them, and Mr. Joshua Barcelona,
the EVYCA Vice President gave the closing remarks.
The EVYCA Officers Meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.

year to Second year student for the upcoming activity this September 26-27 to realize the activity proposed
raised by the organization.

Meeting called to order by the EVYCA President, Jericko Magistrado last September 19, 2019.

“RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EL VERDE YOUTH FOR CLIMATE ACTION , MS. ARIELLE DOROIN, EVYCA
TREASURER, TO COLLECT THE REGISTRATION FEE OF TEN PESOS (P10.00) PER STUDENT FOR CERIFICATES,
(STUDENT & GUEST SPEAKER) SNACKS AND OTHER EXPENSES OF THE ACTIVITY”

WHEREAS, BCC El Verde Youth for Climate Action is the prime mover on environment advocacy.

WHEREAS, EVYCA Registration Fee shall be collected before September 26. 2019 for the expenses of
the upcoming environmental activity raised by El Verde Youth for Climate Action.

WHEREFORE, on motion presented by JERICKO MAGISTRADO,EVYCA President and duly seconded

unanimously, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to authorize the EL Verde Youth for Climate Action Treasurer, Ms.
Arielle Doroin to collect the Registration Fee of Ten Pesos (P10.00) per student for the expenses of the activity.

LET COPIES of this resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their information and appropriate action.
