II. DESCRIPTION

This is a half – day activity spearheaded by the Campus Pride Organization (CPO)
that aims to conduct an oath taking and Acquaintance party that will be held on Dec 23,
2022. The activities are registration, welcome address, message, oath – taking,
Acquaintance party then closing remarks.

III. RATIONALE

As the Campus Pride Organization (CPO) aims to yield productive officers and to
provide a support system for the development of the University particularly the CPO
Members. The new officers will make a commitment to strongly adhere to their duties,
responsibilities and obligations in accordance with their position to become effective and
efficient leaders not just for the organization but to the university as well.

IV. OBJECTIVES

1. To instate the new set of officers for the Academic Year 2022-2023.
2. To provide opportunities that would enable for the student to function as an effective
individual.

Facilitators will distribute activity evaluation sheets through attendance to the

participants after the conduct of the activity. Results of the said evaluation will be used as
basis for improving the conduct of these kinds of activity in the future.
