MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Call to Order
The session was called to order by Mr. John Pol S. Maglasang, the President of the
TLG at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon who continued to preside over the meeting.

Roll Call:
The Secretary acknowledged the presence of the members of the organization
through roll call, certifying the fifteen (15) officers present in the attendance, and the
Presiding Officer declared for the existence of a proper quorum.
