I. Preliminaries
A. Call to Order
Supreme Student Government Adviser, Mr. Jerome D. Azares, called to order the Meeting of the
Cataingan National High School Supreme Student Government at 2:00 P.M., September 21, 2022
Meeting Agendum: Preparations for the upcoming National Teacher’s Day Culminating Activity
in the school.
B. Roll call
The SSG secretary call the roll to determine the existence of a quorum.

With the presence of thirty (30) officers out of thirty-one (31), a quorum was declared.
II. Discussions
SSG adviser Azares discussed the work plan for the SSG Officers for the
upcoming celebration of National Teacher’s Day Culminating Activity in the school. The SSG
Officers are tasked for the program, invitations, accomodations, and documentation.
SSG adviser Azares discussed the parlor games that are to be played by the
teachers in the first part of the program. Which are the following; tomato relay, sack race with a
twist, action relay, animal sounds, charades, the ship is sinking, and jumping rope with
blindfolds.
SSG adviser Azares discussed after the contests included in the second part of the
program. Which are the following; solo voice, mixed duet with a twist, doble kara, lip sync,
dance sport, and beer drinking contest.
SSG adviser Azares added that there is an impromptu presentation for the
teachers by grade level but should not be visible in the program.
SSG adviser Azares asked the SSG Secretary Limpiado to write a narrative
report about the program together with the grade 9 representatives. The secretary and the grade 9
representatives then agreed to the SSG adviser
The SSG adviser requested the officers to create the mechanics, needed materials
for the parlor games, and criteria for judging for the contests. Appoint judges for the contests,
prizes for winners, and emcees for the program.
The SSG adviser Azares told the officers to solicit (with solicitation letters) for
the budget of the upcoming celebration.
Thereafter, the SSG adviser Azares turned over the floor to the SSG President
Yordan.
SSG president Yordan grouped the officers into three three’s and one four’s for
the committees in each parlor games except for one (jumping rope with a twist) with the approval
of all officers. Grade 12 officers except Gutierrez were not included in the committees since
they’ll be guiding the committees in the execution of all games.

Next, SSG President Yordan appointed the judges for the contests with the
agreement of all appointed officers.

SSG president Yordan tasked Renz Roche Monzales to be the offical tabulator.
She then asked the committees to create the mechanics for each assigned parlor games and for the
judges, she asked to create the criteria for judging as per instruction by the SSG adviser.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Having discussed all matters, a motion was presented, seconded, and carried, hence the
meeting was adjourned at exactly 5:12 P.M. on the same day.
