RATIONALE:
This singing contest 2019 is first time to conduct this summer

but it will be continue in every year in the other barangay in the D.O.S
Municipality. All the barangay included in the said event is required to
participate in the Singing Contest.
The Purposed of the competition is developing the skills, voices

and give us an opportunity to experience this kind of event and also to
socialize with the other people of the different barangay in the D.O.S
Municipality. And to make the all barangay’s closeness in the way of
competition in the Singing Contest.
Objectives :
 To develop the peace and unity of each barangay’s.

 To give an opportunity to participate and enhances their skill and
voices.
 T o promote the sportsmanship and socialize others through this
event.

1. Voice quality(Tonality,Appropriateness to genre and

2. Style and Performance(rendition qualities, discipline,timing and
precision,choreography,delivery and interpretation of staging of

The number of the participants will be 20 teams from different
barangays in D.O.S Municipality, Each contestant must pay the
registration fee worth Php. 1,000, a total of 20,000. The budget will
be use is the budget of this 1 st Summer is worth of Php. 85,000
Below is the budget proposal.

from different Barangay in this Municipality. The event is observing the
theme: “KALILINTAD NU MAGENGED”.
