Question 1:
Why do you think Ariel Diaz and his cofounders didn’t realize that they were starting a business that they
weren’t really passionate about? Should that have been a warning sign to them? Describe what you believe
are the keys to ensuring that a person is truly passionate about a business idea before moving forward with
the idea.
Answer:
An Idea cannot be converted into a business plan until you have considered all the aspects
of your program/Idea. In this case Target Market what Ariel and his friends didn’t
considered was that commentary is not something that is something to burn cash on and 1.
their audience under consideration is 9 – 5 people mostly the mediocre people who will
never pay to listen to an audio broadcast. 2. They were passionate to the idea but they kept
changing the (Pivot of their business) idea which somewhat created a disagreement with
their user/audience. 3. To be passionate is not show and consider all options and then
move that idea after a over night pep talk u can’t change a person’s perspective about
anything u have dive into their thought’s to a trigger the emotion that will turn them into
either workaholic or a die-heart machine that would work till limbs have torn apart.
Question 2:
Why is passion such a critical component of entrepreneurial success? If people are willing to work hard and
dedicate themselves, do you think they can build a successful business without being passionate about
their business idea?
Answer:
With Passion comes desire, desire to achieve or perceive, passion towards anything can
make us do things that have not yet happen. Motivation to work on your own, be your own
boss. With passion comes the power of taking things in them converting them into your
own power, the ability to listen and getting feedback from others. Sometimes life can be
hard on us what do we do we dust it all up and keep going till our goal I in your grasp
I’ll QUOTE one of my own Quote here
“Don’t think of the ashes, just burn at your fullest and shine your light on the darkest
places“

Question 3:
How could YouCastr’s cofounders have better anticipated that people would be reluctant to pay to listen to
or watch sporting events that weren’t being covered on radio or TV?
Answer:
Watching collage or school sports over a tv or radio is against the traditions of the European,
or American Tradition’s they want to attend their kid’s game’s instead the just to pay couple
of money to sit at home an ideal family in UK or US considers it as a Tridion to watch their
kid’s or children’s games. Actually, the real problem was the target market of the Business
idea.

Question 4:
Do you think YouCastr could have been saved? If so, how?
Answer:
The Business can be have saved by simply changing there target market, Rather then consider
allowing all the family they should have gone after the, Elite Class, The Posh Family, The
Family Of Working Men and Women e.g The Family that don’t have time you’re their families.
