Acknowledgement

With deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly hive thanks to the people who
with all they can, help me in making my Work Immersion

To my parents, for their love and support, for providing all my needs financially
and morally, for their patience and understanding during my Work Immersion days
that I can't help them in the chores for their never fading advices and for being
there for me no matter what.

To my Supervisor Ms. Marie Lace P. masiglat. I want to thankful for their kindness
given me within 10 days of my work immersion. And thank you to the principal of
Vicente P. Trinidad National High. school for the kind accpetance of my co-workers,
Rosella Tolete, Christine Jade Buhawe and Russel Calindong. And also I want to
thanks to Mrs. Riza Ramos brought us to Vicente P. Trinidad National High School on
our First day of Work Immersion.

I would like to thank of Ms. Irene Payoyo to teach me of the activities during our
immersion, and also of my Co-worker Rosella to be my partner of our Work Immersion.

a. History of the Participating Venue
VICENTE P. TRINIDAD
5 ABRIL 1970 - 30 HULYO 2007
LINGKOD-BAYAN AT TAGAPAGTAGUYOD NG EDUKASYON

"Si Kap. Vicente "Benjie" Pacheco Trinidad ay ipinanganak noong Abril 5, 1970
at nanirahan sa P. Faustino St. Punturin Lungsod ng Valenzuela, Pangalawa sa
tatlong supling nina G. Santos Trinidad at Gng. Conchita Pacheco. Ikinasal kay
Clarissa Matias at nabiyayaan ng apat na anak.
Na halal na Kapitan De Barangay noong 2002. Kinilala at minahal dahilan sa
kanyang maayos na paglilingkod at pamamalakad sa barangay. Pangunahin sa kanyang
adhikain ang pagsusulong ng kaunlaran at edukasyon para sa mga kabataan ng punturin
kaya't siya ang nanguna sa mga programang ukol sa pagpapatayo ng Punturin National
High School ( PNHS) sa panahon ng kanyang panunungkulan.
Gayunman, sa gulang na 37, siya ay binaril noong Hulyo 30, 2007, 8:00. N..U.
Habang dumadalo sa lingguhang seremonya ng pagtataas ng watawat sa harapan ng
Barangay Hall ng Punturin.
Sa bisa ng Republic Act 9659 ni KGG. Congressman Rexlon T. Gatchalian,
pinangalanang " Vicente P. Trinidad National High School" and dating PNHS bilang
pagkilala sa mga dakilang simulaun ng namayaoang kapitan".

To protect and promote the right of every Filipino
to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:
Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating
environmentTeachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner.
Administration and staff as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and
supportive environment for effective learning happen.
Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share
responsibility for developing life-long learners.

Who passionately love their country
And whos values competencies enable them to realize their full
potential
And contibute meaningfully to building the nation. As leaener center public
institution,
