TWO THEORIES OF THE COLD WAR
The first theory of the cold war was U. S AND U.S.S.R
couldnt agree on how Europe should be rebuilt
starting tension.
The second theory of the cold war was when the U.
S started making an atomic bomb, and soon the
soviets stole the plans starting their own atomic
bomb.
CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS
The Cuban missile crisis was that U.S caught soviet
union building nuclear missile bases in Cuba.
TWO LONG TERM
CONSEQUENCES
One long term cquence was that people would
spend 50 years in fear of waiting for a nuclear war. A
second cquence was countries had to decide what
side to go with.
NATO
NATO was an alliance among many nations to
ensure safety against communists threats. So this
alliance was a huge anti communists organization.
WARSAW PACT
This was made in a response by NATO ensuring
communists protection and providing an alliance
among many nations.
COLD WAR IMPACTED VIETNAM,
AFGHANISTAN, AND KOREA.
Vietnam- the north and south got into a war about who
wanted to become communists with the U.S

Afghanistan- soviet union invaded to expand their borders

Korea- a war causing mass destruction in a small country that
has little to none
