    ASWSUV Nineteenth Senate 2009-10 Session
    By Senators Chu, Guzman, and Shaw
    Date: 16 September 2009

    AN ACT Striking By-law 300.07.

    BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

    Sec. 1. By-law 300.07 shall be striken. It currently reads:


    300.07 The ASWSUV President shall preside over all meetings of the ASWSUV
    Senate.

    Sec. 2. All subsequent numbers shall be changed to make Chapter 300 have consecutive
    subsections.

    STATEMENT OF FACT:
    Presiding over Senate meetings is not a Presidential duty. This By-law should be stricken
    from the By-laws.
