ASWSUV Seventeenth Senate 2007-08 Session

AN ACT Amending By-law {Section 930.00 and sub-section 930.01}

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. 930.00 Graduation Committee reads as follows:

930.01 Purpose:
A. To plan, coordinate, host, and execute the reception for graduation each
spring.
B. To work with WSU Vancouver administration in planning the
commencement exercises each spring.

Sec. 2. The entire 930.00 Graduation Committee will be stricken from the ASWSUV by-
laws.

STATEMENT OF FACT:
The purpose of this amendment is to remove 930.00 from the by-laws due to the fact that
graduation is already handled by the Administration and Executive Staff.
