MOBILIZATION : Our crew can be mobilized within 5-days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
COMPLETION : The project can be completed within 15 to 18 workable days.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1) Water, electricity and safe storage for our materials, tools and equipment.
2) Our materials and workmanship for the waterproofing, except this exterior wall, is under warranty for a
period of 5-years commencing from the date of completion and acceptance. However, this warranty does
not include leaks resulting from natural calamities, mechanical impact, fire and other man-man defects.
