Eleven Major Factors of Leadership: 3

A Keen Sense of Justice

Welcome back to Six Minutes. I like this series, Im really getting to like itI hope you are.
Here were into Napoleon Hills work on organized planning and were talking about
the eleven major factors in developing ourselves as great leaders. Now, the third point
of the eleven is a keen sense of justice. If you dont have the ability to be fair with
people, youre never going to win. If youre not able to set aside personal prejudice, if
youre not able to overlook other peoples weaknesses and appreciate their strengths,
youre never going to have a keen sense of justice.

You see, being fair is very important. Now youll say, Whats fair? You know whats fair,
you know inside. Weve got to have a keen sense of justice. And you want to ask
yourself, Am I being fair with the people Im dealing with today? Am I really being fair
with them or am I being selfish? Am I just thinking of me? A keen sense of justiceit
could move from number three to number one. Courage is number one but a keen
sense of justice could just as easily jump right to the top of the list.

Now, I want you to sit down and spend four or five minutes again just doing some
introspection and ask yourself, Do I really have a keen sense of justice? Am I fair? Or do
I play favorites? Its very important. This is Bob Proctor and thank you.
