Project Meeting 1- Covered Topics

Main topic was to improve the current proj 302 website. The following are discussed;

There should be an option to delete approved/pending projects.
There should be a new feature for reject project part. This will let instructors to write
a description of why the project has been rejected and a feedback.
The total amount of intership must not exceed 2 months(8 weeks) time. Students will
not be able to enter more internships after this time. (5 weeks+5 weeks is allowed,
exceptions)
The privilages such as being able to change date, description and advisors should be
at both admin of the site and instructors. There should be another check for dates and
total time spent for internship while modifying the old data.
For log in puposes , retrieval of students who are registered for the course from ITs
database. This will also help the assignment of students to teachers for proj 302
projects.
There should a new column in the internship reports page , which shows the current
status of the student. (withdraw/active)
Same website for proj 300 as well but there will be no instuctors assigned to sudents,
no approvals. Relaxed version of prof 302 web site.
