1. In what ways does the location of Sculpture by the Sea connect people to Australian culture and
the Australian landscape? The location connects people because people love the beach and because
it is already a tourist attraction. People love the beach and Bondi is one of the most sought after
beaches in Australia

2. How many artists collaborate in the Sculpture by the Sea event? Suggest some ways that
colloborative projects and art events may stimulate new ideas in art? There is approximately 110
artworks that have laced across 1.5 kilometres of coastline. Artists may just come to look at other
people artworks and try to find inspiration for their own art.

3. What makes Sculpture by the Sea a truly international event? The amount of different people
from different cultures that come across from other countries just to present their work in the
sculpture by the sea event makes it an international event.
