7. AIS TURNED OFF AND ONLY NAV. LIGHTS WERE TURNED ON DURING DARK HOURS.
8. INCREASE BRIDGE LOOKOUTS.
9. LIMITATION OF DECK WORKS AND MOVEMENTS OUTSIDE THE SUPERSTRUCTURE THROUGHOUT THE
TRANSIT.
10. OPEN TO MAXIMUM CPA ON ANY SUSPICIOUS VESSEL APPROACHING AND EVASIVE MANEUVERING AS
APPLICABLE.
11. LOCKDOWN PROCEDURE AND CITADEL HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED FOR CREW TO MUSTER DURING PIRATE
ATTACK. CITADEL IS EQUIPPED OF FOOD PROVISIONS, WATER, FIRE FIGHTING UNIT, MED KITS AND
COMMS. PRIMARY CITADEL IS ENGINE CONTROL ROOM AND SECONDARY CITADEL IS STEERING ROOM.
ARMED SECURITY TEAM ANTI-PIRACY MEASURES:
1. 24 HOURS ROUND THE CLOCK FULL SCALE SECURITY AND ROVING PATROLS. CONTINUES RADAR AND
VISUAL SURVEILLANCE.
2. 1X-ARMED PERSONNEL MANNING THE BRIDGE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS TIMES, ESCALATES TO 2X
ARMED PERSONNEL DURING IMMINENT PIRATE ATTACK.
3. FIRING AND STAND TO GUARD POSITIONS
