RIDE OF LIFE

Were beginning the meeting tonight with a sad, but uplifting story about one of Avons top SEULs. Some of
you may remember Sophia Smith, if you've been with Avon long enough. She was in Avon's top 5
representatives nationally, with total unit sales of over $8 Million. She was featured in many Avon publications
and has a prestigious Avon award, the Yellow Rose Award, named for her. Sophia and Randy (her husband)
had a dream... When life calmed down and they were able, they would ride their Harleys (being motorcycle
enthusiasts) across the country and dip their toes in both oceans. But life doesn't always happen the way we
think. She was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), which has no cure. The disease caused the body to
become paralyzed while keeping the mind fully aware and intact. Sophia passed away last year and at the end
of her life, hospice became a big part of her family's life and a huge comfort. Now, in South Texas where the
family lives, a new hospice is under construction. It is Randy's wish to honor Sophia's legacy, not by donating a
bench or with a plaque on the wall, but by naming the building for her! This is totally possible... for $2Million!
So Randy will complete his and Sophia's dream by riding his Harley to the four corners of the nation. He will
take that toe-dip in each ocean! And he will collect donations for hospice... $10 at a time! That's only 200,000
people to talk to!

Randy will be in Las Vegas on Saturday, June 7. Our Team will be hosting an event at the Henderson Harley
Davidson that day. The address is 1010 W Warm Springs and we will be there from 10am - 5pm. Randy will
arrive around noon. Please come out and show your support for Randy and welcome him to Las Vegas! At the
event, there will be other local vendors, food put on by Henderson Harley and we'll have raffles all day long.
We want a huge turn out from our Team and all Avon representatives in Las Vegas!

Earn 1 Ticket for each Qualified Recruit that counts in one of the incentive campaigns!

Earn 5 tickets if you advance your title in one of the incentive campaigns!

Earn Tickets based on achieving any of the Avon On-the-Go to Orlando levels as follows:
Level 1 = 1 Ticket
Level 2 = 2 Tickets
Level 3 = 5 Tickets
Level 4 = 10 Tickets

There will be several prizes raffled, including a Tiffany Crystal Dish, Avon Incentive tote full of products, books,

C14 - C15 - Mixin' It Up

All non-titled Leaders, Candidates, Unit Leaders, Advanced Unit Leaders & Executive Unit Leaders (EUL &
below) who recruit qualifying new representatives in their first generation will receive:

2 Recruits with qualifying 1st orders - will receive Mixed Gem Earrings (Valued at $50)
4 Recruits with qualifying 1st orders - will receive Mixed Gem Necklace (Valued at $75
6 Recruits with qualifying 1st orders - will receive a Kitchenaid Artisan Designer Series Stand Mixer
(In an exclusive sparkly pink! Valued at $399.99)

A qualifying representative must place a LOA 1 order of $50+ and pay for the order on time.


All incentives are possible to get, but not if you don't go for it! Remember, if you need 6 recruits, that means
that you must talk to everyone and appoint more than you need. If you only sign up 6 people and one places
an order of $49 or doesn't pay on time, you don't qualify for the incentive. Make sure you talk to everyone
you know and everyone you don't know. You can't control IF they will sign up; IF they will get orders; IF they
will place their order. What you can control are the things that will get you closer to your goal!

IF you are not hearing enough No's during the day, then you aren't talking to enough people! When you talk
to them sorting them into groups will help you make it easier...
NO - these people don't want anything from you, just move on
MAYBE - put their names in your book and follow up in a week or two to see how you can be of service
YES - take care of them right now, they are your priority
Then talking to tons of people won't seem so overwhelming!
